problem with graphics

We need more information in order to help you. Please follow the instructions below so that we can see what might be wrong adn, if you need any updates.

 

1. Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press the letter R.
2. In the Run dialog that appears type "dxdiag" without the quotes in the text box and press Enter.
3. If you get a request asking to check if your drivers are digitally signed choose "Yes."
4. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool that appears, in the bottom-right click "Save All Information..."
5. On your Desktop, save "DxDiag.txt"
6. Upload that file to a file hosting site, like Google Docs and, paste a link to it in your reply to this post.

So, special effects are getting stuck? That is not your computer, it is a bug that has been around for a few months already. You cannot fix it, unless you play with effects disabled, which is not recommended at all for several instances.

Well, first your Graphics card drivers could be updated. You have: Driver File Version: 23.21.0013.8813 (English)Driver Date/Size: 27/10/2017  and the most recent is: Driver File Version: 24.21.0013.9764 (English)  Driver Date/Size: 5/6/18.

Second, I see a few app Hang errors, one being Aion, that look like the sort caused by registry errors. Use CCleaner or Eusing's Cleaner, both free, just search for them, to clean your registry.

Will that eliminate the problem? No, effects lag is, to a degree a fault of the game itself but, those things will help minimize it as much as possible.Beyond that NCSoft has to fix it and, that isn't likely to happen before 6.0 at least.
