Kailor-DN
Lag is not usually caused by a mouse unless it's outdated gaming mouse drivers, in which case updating those often helps. The number one cause of lag is ping or latency and, that is determined by your ISP. Now since you are only seeing this in large groups, very busy place with lots of player, it may be your hardware. Updating drivers can help as can lowering graphics settings. If those things don't help, then odds are it's ping which wouldn't surprise me. If ping is over 100, you'll get some lag and, that will be worse in large groups.

Kubei-DN
Haven't seen that happen before (at least for me), but it might be Win 10 issue. Did you try running the game in 32bit or maybe in compatibility mode like Windows 8 or 7? Try using a different type of mouse as a test (Not the Corsair one) and see if that issue persists.
