Euphoria-DN Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Ok NcSoft again another 24 players are bugged again (likely 48 if eylos are also bugged) for evergale canyon and this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks no less. We exited the instance still stuck in the queue and we can't get a pop or cancel. Are you trying to kill your own game? We're playing a game where we can't really play -.- Everyone else is getting fun doing pvp + getting rewards, what we are supposed to do? You should fix this bug asap and give the right compensation to ppl who got this bug and not simple giving the reward of a single run like I heard cos we all know how many EC you can win in 3hours every single day.. I was like uh oh, that's not a good sign... Sorry that this happened again, and to the same people! If anything, at least you will only miss one night before the regular Wednesday maintenance resets it. I know that's not very comforting though. Again were all well aware nothing will happen. Giving players 1 run worth of rewards is a joke. For a lot of players this is now a total of 7 days worth of runs lost and about 25hrs of good gameplay. 9 days worth of runs if you count the actual days we got the bug as both happened during the 2nd run of the day. This is wrong, some will say stop QQ-in and that's fine. We are also aware it will not be fixed until maintenance. My wife who was in group with us did not even get a single run worth of rewards. No more than a Ty for reporting a problem and it will be forwarded, what a joke. Not only are you taking rewards from 48 players but you are also taking many hours of play time as tonight I will play Warhammer instead of a broken game. If this is the intent it is starting to work. Also many of those affected by this *bug* are loosing a great deal of rewards that are associated with running Evergale and in Essence giving all the players who can do Evergale an unfair advantage as the material given from this instance are mostly associated with PVP gears and making them better. Lastly this will fall on deaf ears which is really the sad state affairs in Aion at the moment.................Be nice to actually see a GM step up and try to make this right to all those affected instead of Too Bad so Sad.......................... We don't have an immediate fix for it, but once we figure out the root cause of the issue we can begin to look at how players were impacted by this. I assure you all this is not being ignored. Well You should at least grant us the minimum rewards for 4 wins a day which would cover the quest etc but we are lucky to get 1 reward per day. Why is this so hard to do as a lot of players who are affected average usually twice the amount of wins a day then what they are asking for in regards to compensation. They have sent this over to the dev team who only auto replies to them and says we are sorry for your inconvenience and are working on the problem. They are now asking NASA for some supercomputer time to work out this massively complicated 4 x 2 problem and 3 GM's and their little sisters are studying the problem. The problem has now been solved (little sister came up with the fix) and it has been determined that 4 x 2 = 1 evergale reward per day. All the GM's bowed down and kissed little sisters feet for coming up with the solution to this mammoth problem and she will now lead the dev team in all future endeavors. Alas NCWEST is saved. And come on, it shouldn't be that difficult to find why this happens on their side. One would think they have the tools to unstuck a person. There's a lot of opinions and feelings on the forums, and that's great but insulting others or being rude will not be tolerated.
