Aly-DN
First, it's tradeable. If you can't seem to get a group for it, you can always buy it. Second, it's been made much easier than it was. Even undergeared and low leveled groups can manage the first two bosses. The upgraded hands, feet, shoulders and legs all drop from those first two.. as well as the rings and belt. Those bosses also drop boxes for everyone with unupgraded pieces and a a couple of the items you need to upgrade the pieces. The last boss drops the weapon, chest, earrings, neck and wings. It takes some coordination, but is doable by a decently geared group.
Vantheria-DN
The group instance Nyinu is talking about is called Cradle of Eternity. (Listed as CoE in LFG)
Disregard-DN
You can buy Apollon equipment from the broker, or earn it in Cradle of Eternity, or the slightly harder Trials of Eternity. I don't know Siel prices, but on Tiamat you can buy the legs, shoes, shoulders, and gloves for around 50-70m each. The chest, weapon, and wings will cost quite a bit more, however. The instance isn't really endgame anymore, but there's definitely a huge difficulty spike between the first 80% of the instance and the last boss. The last boss requires voice chat to call out certain attacks, and high dps, and most importantly a very reliable healer(s). Most groups do "2-boss" runs, where they do most of the instance but stop before the last boss. The chestpieces, weapons, and wings only come from the last boss, and most groups don't kill it. That's why they cost 4-5 times as much as the legs shoes shoulders and gloves. For magical classes, Apollon armor is about the same as Sophisticated Frigida. For physical classes, Apollon is the clear winner. For the gearing process, I'd reccomend you get a set of Archives gear or ancient coin mythic gear and socket it with old manastones - crit 17 or 19 and attack 5, the cheap stuff. maybe some cheap precision and power +5 stones at the most. once you have that and are level 70+, you should be geared enough for 4-boss runs of cradle. For cradle gear, it's worth socketing the +6 stones you get every 2 months from doing luna weekly, or even +7. Once you're level 73+ in full +15 apollon set socketed with full +6 or +7 stones, you will probably be geared enough to take on the real endgame currently available: Bastion of Souls. You can run BoS (easy mode at least, which can still drop weapons/armor) with way, way less gear than that. Healers can (and do) even use their old L65 sets since they can safely/cheaply enchant them to +10 ~ +15 for the extra HP, the pve defense from the new gear is pretty much non factor (as in, if you're stuck with trash healers, it won't save you, and if the dps are dumb and stand in the wrong spot it won't save them, so playing smart gets you further than wasting billions on omegas). For DPS classes, people in my ally use pretty much anything, from mythic AC, to pvp gear, to DD/CoE/Frigida stuff, make sure you have a decent weapon, but the armor part is pretty forgiving, so you can just save your kinah for something else. I will note though, you can reliably get gear to +10 with shining enchants + supps, and save omegas from 10-15. With the changes to the drop table for contaminated underpath, I've been resisting the urge to soulbind new gear right away, and instead trading it between alts to make use of their luna omegas with the supps they earn from Aoe/Coe2boss runs. Maybe i'm consuming billions worth of supplies, but they're all "free". I mean yeah I could advertise in lfg "WTS guaranteed +1 enchant - 120m" and get something out of it, but most people aren't in the market to trust trade a high value item away to be enchanted using someone else's omega and supps. I'll definitley look into getting into BoS alliances on my home server. I'm just in AC mythics +10 with crit 17s and attack 5s myself, but i've at least got boundless hope accessories and a +15 prov greatsword. If I can skip over CoE and go straight to harvesters, then I will try to do so.
