Game Wont Play After Installing

*Problem*

      After downloading game, and clicking the play button my Aion icon will appear but nothing happens after that. 

*Solution*

     I fixed the problem by closing the program, right clicking on the Aion icon, click on properties, click on compatibility, and checking the box for "run in compatibility" then clicked Windows 8, (you can try clicking a different version to run in, this is just the one that worked for me), and clicking the box that says "run as administrator". Reopened the launcher and everything worked fine. Hope this works for you. Thanks
