Instance entry count invisible / not resetting

My Steel Rake Cabin entry count is invisible, and when I click enter it says I have to wait 1 minute to enter. It says it should reset at daily reset, but it has been like this since yesterday. My Steel Rake (group instance) has already resetted but Steel Rake Cabin is bugged.

I have the same issue trying to get into Kumuki Instance.  It only affects 1 character on my account though (The other 7 can get in w/o any issues).  Sent in a ticket, but support says the logs show me zoning in... Even though I keep sending them similar pics.  Wait 1 minute to enter.  Has been this way for 2 days.  I even tried a new clean install of aion -> No luck.  Sure hope they see this and fix it promptly.  Missing out on some good Kumuki loot.

An update on this. I sent tickets to support and they resetted my entries manually, but no luck. After 5 entries it bugged again. This happened twice.

Also, when I did only 1 run before reset, my entries remained at 4/5 after reset.

In the end they gave me an unlimited Steel Rake Cabin Scroll that expires in 10 days so I could finish up my quests, although it didn't fix the bug. My entries still bugged after reaching 0.

I'm currently experiencing this right now with the story dungeon drakenspire depths.

It's lame. LAME. Ahh! NCSOFT please.
