I guess, it would be more interessting to tell to NA community that GF published the Gear exchange table too and that EU players will be rewarded since they have AP75 +15 when we will get nothing for this here since +20. Another point is that all current kinah will be forced exchanged into gold bar. A gold bar will be 8.7 mil kinah. If u need the source of this info, its explained in the Youtube video they did. The great stats only come from +10 to +15 pieces. Also, up to +5, your success rate for enchanting is super high, at least considering how they are atm and how much you need to spend to reach 100% success. Obviously this only applies if we get the same/similar rates as K-Aion for enchanting. Gear exchange sword: https://aionpowerbook.com/powerbook/Item/100050089 Quest sword: https://aionpowerbook.com/powerbook/Item/100050018 (you can get a full set of ancient gear, one pvp and one pve, in about 30 minutes upon arriving in Lakrum, from errand and "kill these 5 mobs" types of quests) The only difference is the attack speed really. The difference and stats are identical in the pvp versions of these. It's just... not that great. And certainly nothing to make a fuss about. Instead of keeping these pieces for a +5 ancient compensation, it's a much better investment to unbind, sell and stock up on omegas/temperings or even manastones, if you're into that. There isn't really much merit nowadays in having prime +15 with so many events and 100% enchantment succes as to deserve a compensation, and Ancient +5 is crap gear you will get stomped hard anyways. btw in some cases we have a better exchange rate, they need +26 for ultimate while we need +25, maybe that doenst seem to much but in all pieces with my rng that can be like 3 extra billions. Also our Gray Wolf exchange is better too they need +10 to get a legendary +15 while we need +9 to get a +15 legendary, and this is a huge differece tempering to +10 is insane. DevilNest-KT Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 well but that happens with every patch in every game to a lot of ppl... i started to play Aion in Europe some moths before 3.5 and all the hours and hours farming platinum medals killing like 60 mobs with crap gear for single medal were made pointless with the introduction of mithril medals and lv 60 augment gear. So yeah bad luck for you if returned or started to play a game in a time near big changes and you are not well informed and decided to spend your time in something not very profitable. Doing Inggison quests now. Already finished everything from Poeta to Theobomos.
