Regarding plate skins

Anyone who knows well the skins of plate armor, can tell me if theres any armor, preferenciably crafted, and specially the helmet that looks like this:

There is the Majestic Heavy armor, or similar. A skin crafted from Luna. Though there might be other options someone else can give.

Can also look into the lvl 53 plate series (Master Carved or the previous proc, they are the same except for the scarf-looking garment on the Carved) if it would fit the general style you're looking for. Overall if you want the same look, you would be picking pieces left and right from that set, along with the Master Durable Drenium set (shoulders ?) and the EB set (Bastion Protector/Defender shoes resemble the ones from the pic except for the random spike at the back).
