I did't not get any single legendary or Ultimate transformation !! So the question is: the 100x Transformation scroll is not the one to get legendary or ultimate transformation ? To get legendary or ultimate, I believe the only way to get those are combining your xforms. Thanks for the 16k contribution for supporting the servers so f2p players can continue playing this game.
