If you think changing weather is "heavy", it's possible to create places that always have winter and snow. High-lvl characters don't have any quests in Beluslan, I miss winter. BTW, in Pernon, during winter, snow is not always there and even half-snow, I would like to have permanent snow in Pernon during winter, because we have 3 other snowless seasons there, it prevails already, why do we need summer-looking weather in winter at all?? The lag in Lakrum happens with my CPU less than 50% busy, it's just a crazy stupid thing in the game, I think they could correct it if they weren't stupid.
