I play from Europe, Greece, and each time i try to login with a character in Siel or Israphel, within 10-15 seconds approximately client crashes every time and a window pops up named aion.bin - Application error. The instruction at 0x800a67eb referenced memory at 0x80b62f49. the memory could not be read. I tried to repair the files, downloaded and installed the client again and the launcher but the same thing happens. What could be the reason of this? Nvidia drivers are updated as well. Also i tried to close some programs or services or any other technical solution that is being offered on site but still the same. Thank you! Cheesecake-DN Posted September 8, 2017 Share Posted September 8, 2017 What kind of computer do you have? What's in it? Is it a newer computer or an older one? Windows 7, 8, 10? Here's some things you can try: Right click Aion > Properties > Compatibility > Uncheck the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" option > Apply and/orPull up your Aion folder, go into your bin64 folder, rename the aion.bin file to aion.bin.old, and then try launching the game again. While the compatibility box was already uchecked, the other trick with renaming the aion bin file seems to be working. Now i can stay online without crashing at all!
