An Old-Fashioned Letter

I am tired of getting nowhere with my complaints, here in the forum and customer support.   There are seven companies in the US with NCSoft North America - surely there is a person and a place I can send an old-fashioned letter.  From my own observation, hard-copy letters get a better, more in-depth response than a text or an email.

If you know where I can send my old-fashioned letter, please let me know.

That has all of the main branch office addresses around the world.  If you Google "NCSoft corporate" it will give you the company's main website, and doesn't have addresses, but it does have phone numbers for each of the offices, including branches that are not on the Global website.
