Oversea Aion might not have same patch as KR 6.5

From what I see assassins going to get a huge boost as they deserved but will they do better than glads ? I don't know because glads got boosted too as well as rangers.

AT also got a huge boost but will it make the class more enjoyable ? maybe but still slow af,abourt sharpen arrow ? nope it's still not changed :P

The 6.5 second patch appears to be prepared by NCSoft for all overseas regions, so we should be getting it too. Don't know whether will be delivered as a combined or separate patch for us.

Rejuvenation / Cleansing Spell will no longer be affected by healing boost after 6.5?
If yes, why they keep giving chanters HB buffs even in 7.0? Healing Light? Resiously???? lel

The following chanter healing spells are no longer affected by Shards (use_nbattery = 0), which means they do not receive +15% healing effect when toggled on.

  • Recovery Spell / 痊癒咒語
  • Cleansing Recovery Spell / 痊癒淨化咒語
  • Rejuvenating Spell / 痊癒保護咒語

Still affected by heal boost (from your gear and hb buffs). No longer affected by shards.

It is still effected by healing boost, but not shards.

I can't confirm if the two Recovery Spell daevanion upgrades are affected by healing boost or not... I tried to and couldn't figure out whether one of the below properties determine whether a healing spell is affected by healing boost or not....

For heal_instant,

  • reserved1: additional heal per enchant
  • reserved2: healing amount
  • reserved6: heal by % of maximum HP if 1

I've checked the notes and these updates aren't part of the overseas 6.2, thats why we never got these 'nerfs'.

This is correct, the shards change doesn't come till late 6.5 https://aionpowerbook.com/powerbook/KR_-_Update_October_4th_2018. Also it seems even the 10% healing from mantra isn't working. Though this may be just a bug with the aoe recovery spell since cleansing is healing for more then base in the videos i've seen where as the group one only heals the base amount.

No differences found in CH_RecoverWord_Custom_A_ITV (Pure Spell of Recovery), the DispelDebuffPhysical skill that is procced by Cleansing Recovery Spell.

Rejuvenating Spell (effect1_type: Heal_Instant, effect2_type: Heal)

  • delay_time: 10000 -> 12000 (Cooldown in milliseconds)
  • use_nbattery: 17 -> 0 (Shard usage)
  • effect1_reserved1: 40 -> 32 (Heal amount per enchant)
  • effect1_reserved2: 3162 -> 3170 (Heal amount)
  • effect2_reserved8: 40 -> 32 (Heal amount per tick per enchant)
  • effect2_reserved9: 3162 -> 3170 (Heal amount per tick)

I still can't see anything suggesting the removal of healing boost effects on these two skills. Can anyone who has access to these two daevanion skills on a 6.5 server confirm?
