There are two crafts remaining: Essencetapping and Aetherforging.

Essencetapping can be done at all levels; however, it has no use until level 80 if you decide you want to pursue the Pandora gear quests.

Aetherforging can be done starting at level 76. You would use it to craft gear (not as good as instance/pvp gears) or skins or craft pvp gear to disenchant for Fighting Spirit Fragments. Probably none of that makes sense to you right now, but will more as you get to level 80.

You will need essencetapping 100 to gather one of the materials needed to craft the newest pve weapons or pvp gear in 7.0 (the next patch we're getting), so it might be useful to level it up now rather than later in early 7.0, when everyone will be trying to jump on the same 5 Kandula plants in Pernon.

Once you're at 100 Essencetapping, you can go gather drana in Ingisson/Gelkmaros, you'll need about 90~120 of each kind eventually (and for asmos, more of Woeful, Wilting and Blossomed types, if you want to make some Pandora accessories)(for elyos it's more of Misty, Withered and Blooming types) so no worries about overgathering. It's best to copy the locations (for the drana type you want to gather) for your faction into your memo pad in-game (shift+m is the default keybind), click them all to have them open on the map, check where there is 4-5 of them bunched together, and run from one to the other while equipped with a 199 essencetapping hat, they'll appear on the compass as soon as they have respawned. You need Origanum/Vehr Collector to gather these dranas (from Pacheco/Riverain as usual, around 500 is a good starter pack for all pandora ultimate armor and weapon quests). Just to make it clear, for the Gauges/Probes and Dranas you need to be level 80 to gather them, while you can gather in Pernon and Oriel at any level.
