There will be a scheduled maintenance Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 6:00 a.m. CST / 13:00 CET. The game servers will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Changes

  • Routine website and server maintenance
  • Enchant-O-Rama will continue for one more week.

Be sure to follow @AionOps for server updates.

You gonna actually communicate with the community because right now we are left in darkness with many questions.

We need more information about Evergale canyon:

1. When will it come back

2. How will people be compensated for the downtime of Evergale. A lot of turned off Prestige because of this and if are to be compensated it should be as if we’re always on prestige which means we should be compensated for 6 Evergale canyon runs every week.

3. The bans hit the community hard in the enchant o Rama event, can you consider lowering the milestone requirement by at least 40% cause right now it’s not fair.

 

4. Can we still get Lina for the remainder of this season, it’s not right for you to make changes last week while we were 3/4 of the season in.

@Cyan any update on the jotun 2 boss of PFHM?

Seems really impossible to actually complete the fight, and this come from someone who do with a full geared group with luna

Due to an error GP will not be resetting this month, however the in-game season will turn over so you'll receive the quest rewards but the GP will not be reset and Ingots will not be delivered. The next reset will happen in December.

  1. We don't have a confirmed time yet.
  2. No news yet to share on this.
  3. It's only been running for a week but we'll see if adjustment is needed. Overall the people impacted are small compared to the overall population.
  4. No changes right now for the seasons.

And about the bans. The suspensions are deserving but permanent bans are too harsh especially on those who did the kicking as they were ask or pressured to do.

Enchant o- rama is only 2 weeks though, 1 week into the event is already 50% in.

The dev team has told us it's very difficult. Are you encountering a bug or just hitting a wall when trying to defeat it?

How so? No one was obligated to kick, however if they really felt stressed- all they had to do was to pass lead or vice.

Done. Enough of their being asked to kick.

Really, enough with the excuses for exploiting and abuse.

That's because you don't face tank this boss its working as intended until they nerf the instance in 7.2

@Cyan we run pf hard as well and the 2nd boss it just not doable, we run with a full group +15 end game pve gear with proper tank/cleric/dps composition, we can pass the first boss easy now after practicing alot but on the 2nd boss we cant even do 5% of his hp...  is not that is dificult is just not possible shouldn't be like this

Good job for the one who decided to reverse the rewards was the best decision. *sarcasm* 

Create 2 NPC for the rewards. NPC #1 Enchant Stones Reward -- NPC #2 Lunas Reward. If u wanna get Enchant Stones as reward talk with the NPC #1 and if you prefer Lunas just talk with the NPC#2 is that hard??? honestly the performance to meet needs to the aion community is totally miserable in relation to the money they generate. S H A M E.

I like how you guys all complain about not getting luna from season ranking , like ncsoft dont know we all running 12 alt arena 1 vs 1 and they losing 12x 400luna ( 12x 5 $ = 60$ by account of luna sale). Ncsoft dont care about our feeling only thing its matter its the money they milk from us. I think the 3 last event who was heavy p2w its enough of proof...

So let me get this right. A month of running sieges. 1 month of running that siege which seems to be the birthing place of balaurs by the amount that is at the fort and I am given 2 legendary stones that I can get as an award after siege is finished and that I can already craft and also get as a luna recipe. At least those 2 stones are 100% success rate and won't fail when I try to enchant my gear with them.. Oh wait..
