The instances resetting were intended as part of the event, but due to some logistics we left it out of the news post to ensure it went smoothly. It wasn't yesterday (Sunday). It was Saturday at 11pm server time. Unfortunately, the date/time wasn't given in Cyan's post. You just had to know when it was based on other regions when they had this event. (Yeah, crappy, I know.) But this is utter bollocks, they should do it for all players. And if they wanted this to be available in one character per account they could have done it a different way like with a survey. And this is the biggest steaming pile of yak poop in our barn full of piles of yak poop to date. The first week, someone notices by accident. They post on the forums and Cyan says, "Oh. Right. That was intended but we didn't -tell- you so that it would go 'smoothly'." But he neglects to confirm the time and date that it would happen again. So people missed it for the second of three weeks.
