graydae-KT Posted December 7, 2019 Share Posted December 7, 2019 Hello i just came back to the game and seem to be missing a couple of masks from my inventory that im sure i never got rid of.i left at the 4.8 patch so its been a while could the fact that ive been gone so long have been a reason? They usually look at the history to check whether you indeed had the item if it was lost long time ago I doubt they will even bother. But you never knwo, give it a try. When you first logged in there would have been a pop up with all the things being deleted and what you would be receiving as compensation (kinah or ap). Were the masks in this list? Support might be able to tell you what happened to them. I am not sure how far back they actually keep records. It's worth a try, though.
