At 9:02pm server time, the event boss still hadn't spawned, so we checked the other locations and there wasn't any there either. Note, we waited in the same spot it spawned on the first night (we know it was exactly that spot because we killed it there on first night). Can they spawn in other areas and we just missed them or is the event broken? Server is DN-A. Can any other servers say if their event bosses spawned?
