Is it just those two palaces and NOTHING else? Will it be everything +2 palaces, or will it be done the old way via region, + 2 palaces? I remember when housing first became available, it was done by region in pernon/stinkyfartyelyoshousingland, with the rural areas going before the more urban ones.
