Would it be possible for your company to host a server where none of the game content is missing - a new server, started from scratch.

Adding new game content through patches while in the same time removing older content is a rather unfortunate issue.

Since Cygnea/Enshar have been deleted with the 7.5 update, the leveling process from 10 to 75 have become somewhat repetitive with the same repeatable quests structure in every subzone. For future updates, at least NCSoft scould consider restoring Veteron/Altgard and Ethnen/Morheim instead, so the level 10-75 progress involve visiting 3 zones like it was between 6.0 and 7.2?

You are asking for a master server and this will flop.

This will never happen. Your best option is  a private server.
