Why did we not get this IMPORTANT story trailer for 5.6?! (Spoilers maybe)

We did, though it was kinda thrown in. It was added when Bastion of Souls was, and it should've auto-played when you first logged into your character.

If you are, please do your research before posting things here. This video plays everytime you log an account for the first time after 5.6 update. It will also play after you become Daeva for the first time in a new account.

Log into BoS or into the game itself, because this was never ever played for me? And no one I've have talked to has seen this either.

I got it on every character I've logged in on post5.6, except for my main.

Ok then it must be a bug because I have never ever seen this in game for myself and another person I asked and show this too also has never seen it, *sigh* thanks for the info.

I have seen the  first 2 seconds of it on every toon, but i press esc so fast whenever a cutscene appears that i never saw the rest.
