No idea, but hidden mobs always had a chance to drop ultimate gear boxes.

1. Extreme Weapon/Armour boxes and XP Potion will now drop from monsters in the following areas.

- Lakrum, Dumah, Inggison, Gelkmaros, Silentera Canyon, Red Katalam
