You get candies every day and you can also use alts to come with you in the instance and use their candies for the whole group to benefit. Sadly this is the current situation. If the thing is similar to the first time it was implemented, the candy spots spawn at like 5~6 locations in pandaimonium and they do take a lot of time to respawn. I was at Panda from the moment the spawning started and I only saw 1 rock and it was gone in 0.5 seconds. @Kibbelz This needs a fix right now!
