Motgar-KT
Do they still sell cards or have they stopped doing that?
Szellemoon-DN
When they introduced the "black cloud coins" they stopped selling cards... for any NCsoft game.. those were remaining cards that dealers had stashed..... as I remember they said they would remove them completely.. but I dunno maybe I am wrong... and that was about 3-4 years ago.. Ferk-DN
I see people wanting to buy NCoin codes in chat almost every day. Yet, NCoin is no longer used in Aion. Go figure!
AnonymousCoward-DN
NCoin still converts to BC Coin 1:1 (you just can't convert back to NCoin). So NCoin is still useful to Aion players.

Easy, because for every purchase of the 1600 NCoin code ($20), NCSoft gives you 1 BCM Legendary Enchantment Stone selection box. In my case, from Aug of last year til about March of this year, I exclusively bought the $20 1600 NCoin codes and converted in-game for anything I wanted to purchase off the BCM. Put it this way, when the Lunar/Solar event came out, I sent in a ticket with my $20 NCoin purchase history and received well over 333 BCM Legendary Enchantment Stone selection boxes (a little over $6k USD worth) in which I chose the PVP Legendary stones. Using those stones is how I got my Lunar and Solar weapons via crafting. In my case, I'm fortunate I get an extra $350-$450 a month in travel expenses just to drive to my company's Datacenters twice a week and swap out our tape backups to be picked up and brought offsite and kept for 30 days by a third party vendor. I do other stuff there but mostly I can just remote in to fix issues. Also of note, if you purchase a $50 or $100 NCoin code, you will ONLY get 1 BCM Legendary Enchantment Stone selection box as they ONLY count the first $20 in the purchase, so if you if you want to spend $100 for NCoin, you'd best buy 5 $20 1600 NCoin codes. Because NCoin is more flexible. You can buy it in more places, pay for it in more ways, sell or trade the codes. The only way to get BC Coin is via NC's website, which doesn't integrate with my company's rewards site. But other retailers that sell NCoin do. The original question was why do you see NCoin codes in lfg and not BC Coin. And it's because there aren't BC Coin codes to ask for in lfg. Plus, the conversion is simple. Done within BCM in 1 click.
