I think they learned their lesson from the original 'promotion event'. The only reason I saw that is due to the most recent events that have been stated, " Combine 6 Legendary Contracts to get a 'CHANCE' at a Ultimate Transformation Box" So, good for them for learning, but, bad for the community that did not take advantage of the original 12 Legendary Combines.

I hope this comes back too, but, I doubt it.

@Kibbelz can you please tell us if the guaranteed ultimate transformation for 12x fail combines is coming back? Is it only when announced beforehand? You said "This will also apply to all future promotions where bonus rewards are provided for obtaining Ultimate Transformations through transformation combination." Does that mean during the current pumpkin event?
