Ah, I see. I was confused because of Aion Codex site . When you typed glyph box, it gave you the box that contains no Glyph enchantment scrolls.

I would like to say that even if every mob in gelkmaros/inggison drop cubics is not enough since we dont have autohunt, we wont waste all day farming mobs to just get some cubics when we need like 100 for level 5 of bronze for example, if you decided to dont enable autohunt make some event or bring back normal cubic instance otherwise new players will be behind old players in important stats like attack or defense

this, cubics are GAME CHANGING, im missing 400 attack just because i came back late to the game? that's bs, you should do something about it inmediatly please

About that, before the event ended the transformation contract which is equivalent to 3400 ncoin, 3 of 38 gave legendary and not even the halloween while the rest was ancient. How can this be allowed, advertising for half the price of the legendary when the rate isn't somewhat close to 40%.

That was just bad luck, i have a video where i open 22 contracts i think and got 5 or 6 legendaries

In regards to the minion upgrades, try to find a way to keep the A rank minion like sheba looking the same after upgrading to s rank and adapting the gold color as its quite ugly honestly...change isnt always good?!.

You should know by now that Aion is online gambling. You buy casino tokens called NCoin or BC coin and loose them on things like failing enchants and manastones.

By rights if the item fails, you should get your coin credited back under warranty eg. consumer protection laws. Else if there is a chance you will loose your money and get nothing, then that's called gambling which opens a bigger can of worms, like age limits and other serious regulations. NC west would be smart to remove anything from BCM that you pay money for, and has a chance of failing before some kid cries to their parents about loosing real money.

If you’ve read the TOS then that kid can cry all they want - if their parent grants access to their account then they have also granted permission for all payments - and as you know you can’t play without agreeing to the TOS at each login.

The TOS also states that Nccoin  has no cash value - and more by the way.

Indeed . Of course a few points to keep in mind - don’t you think that TOS are screened first by Legal?

secondly - you always have various dispute mechanisms - like chargebacks - in which  case Ncsoft will likely close your account. All perfectly legal.

World Bosses

We’ve definitely been observing much of the discussion around World Bosses, and while fixing the surface issue is a bit problematic (because of how legions and rewards function), we believe we can resolve the core issue in another way.

We’d like to begin adding some of the previous world boss drops to future content, to ensure these items are more accessible to players. The World Bosses themselves would still remain subject to the current reward dynamics, but this is something we can work with the development team to resolve in the long-term.

That will take time, and there may be design reasons which prevent it, so we think changing the reward availability is the best short-term solution here.

 

Minion Upgrades

Recently, there seemed to be much excitement around a promotion which was run in Korea regarding Grade S Minions. Because of this excitement, we would like to host an event next month which will provide players with guaranteed Grade S successes if they make a certain number of attempts to upgrade a Grade A minion.

Please let us know if this event type feels on-target! We know events are very important to you so we want to get this right.

So the right thing to do was removing [Event] Merirunrunerk's Imbued Weapon Box from new event, when these items were supposed to become more accessible for players?

Hello? We are in the 'next month'. Also, Thanks for removing [Event] Merirunrunerk's Minion Contract Bundle from new event, as it was supposed to give a fully evolved rank A minion.

As of today there is a new hidden clause you can only see in https://support.aiononline.com/hc/en-us part of the webpage. Restoration of minions is now, after days into the event, disabled. It was not well publicized and I wouldn't have dared another attempt had I known you would deny me use of my token. Plenty of people were able to use their restoration tokens on minions - up until TODAY. When I told my legion that I had been denied, I had a member say that they had been allowed the restoration in the same time period that I was denied. Maybe add it to the spiffy looking minion event in an update so people don't get screwed. Let's be honest, 99% of restoration tokens are used for this exact purpose. There is nothing to gain by asking to use our restore tokens; you can only get 1 S minion prize per account anyhow there is no way to 'cheat the system'. This is garbage and should have been widely publicized first. FIX THIS NOW YOU'VE GIVEN OTHER PLAYERS AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE ALREADY AND NOW YOU DO THIS AND FLIP A BIG MIDDLE FINGER TO THE REST OF US! UNACCEPTABLE, NCSOFT.

 

First the Holiday events cater to stealing from other players and are tailored for bots and scripters, pitting everyone against each other and making the holiday event full of negativity and ill-will towards your fellow players. Players who don't use third party programs have no chance to obtain the good rewards, even the game animals are gobbled up by bots, but if you are an honest player who thought you'd get a reward from the 9-930pm vendors you found out quickly you didn't stand a chance. Hell, people even steal the present boxes dropped when you kill the courier shugos - something only you should be able to loot. Now the minion event is ruined. Way to ruin our Christmas events.
