The best and most fun instance on Aion history

For me the most fun instance was Steel Rake (the group one). I don’t know if someone remembers that...

Even though I play since 2010 I haven't done these:

• Bakarma
• Raksang
• Argent Manor
• Dragon Lorg refuge
• Sauro
• Veilenthrone
• Stelin Labs
• Craddle of Eternity

But I never enjoyed anything that required a big group as well. So I voted for Beshmudir because I used to solo that.

My absolute worse was The Eternal Bastion, we weren't even allowed to try it when it was important and then at some point everyone could do it, I did itlike 3~4 times but I wasn't enjoying it.

Bakarma means Draupnir Cave, I guess. Also, if we talk about fun, virtually none of those instances is fun because they are hard. That’s why I replied Steel Rake :3

I never did Daupnir cave either, but Fissure of oblivion, damn that was pretty and the thing is that I run it like 1000 times back in 5.8 to get me to level 75. I would buy resets scrolls too from that npc. And I would spam it with Berdin Lucky stars and also amulets and that weekend buff rotation which made possibel to get tons of XP.

I pretty much enjoyed all the instances in 3.0 and most of them in 4.0. To me 3.0 was the Golden age of instances.

Yes the whole instance was XP worthy but the fatties were what worth there.

I also loved Archdaeva transforms.

- arena of chaos
- arena of tenacity (solo)
- arena of harmony (when you got randoms queing)

Yeah, if I remember right, I was doing it with fire transform all the run till boss, but there was a quest that asked you to transform in different elements and that was often usefull too, because mobs had different class throughout the run and some elements were more effective. Same for boss, he was switching phases. I’m not expecting less than 500 posts in this thread because everyone will come up with nostalgia

3.0~4.7 instances were the prettiest.

imagine not putting dark poeta in there

this guy clearly didn't play when the game was it's most fun, people pvp'ing in miragent, when it was really hard just to get an atk spd weapon, when dreg could be trained from the start of the instance, when people pop the kerub artifact and went into dreg and took all the surks.

Personally, I miss Dark Poeta and Eternal Bastion for PvE, while I miss Ironwall Warfront and Chaos Arena for PvP. 

DP cause it was an hour to two hour commitment, and Eternal Bastion cause it was an instance that had multiple moving parts in order to get that S Rank. Veilenthrone doesn't have the same feeling of multiple cogs moving like EB did. 

Chaos Arena was just pure fun for PvP. A 10-man FFA arena. That was hectic when you had multiple geared players in it much like how Glory Arena felt. 
And Ironwall being a 24-man PvP instance split off into groups of 12 until everyone met up for the big ol' 24 v 24. 

A special mention goes to Panesterra, though. Nothing will ever surpass my love for the game with a 100 v 100 FFA between all server factions before the teaming happened. The pinnacle of fun.

The only instance i disliked was EB. Rewards to good it invalidated any other content which in turn made the community so petty and Aion's community never recovered since those days.
