Soul Healers won't heal soul.

Howdy,

Several times I have died and had that "slow" effect on my character, but the Soul Healer would not remove the slow; instead, I got the standard you do not have any EXP to recover message.

I think what is causing it is that some deaths do not cause a loss in EXP, so the the Soul Healer won't heal soul. Happened today after dying in Crucible Spire. I got the slow debuff, went to a Soul Healer, and could not remove the slow--just had to wait it out.
