The only info I got so far is an automated message from support saying that they received my request and they are reviewing it. That was on Monday. Kibbelz wrote on discord that they were looking into it, it has been two days. Classic starts in 2h. What is going on?? Anyone unlocked so far? This is just plain stupid. I made character last week using my old (recovered earlier) account...I still have NC points left from the regular Aion ...I guess if this does not get resolved they just keep the money lol?
