When I try to cook a recipe it says you must level up to raise your skill. So I click on Lainita and she says you must pass the expert promotion test to be promoted but she doesn't give me a test. so i cooked the tasty salad, the tasty smoothie and tasty fish, but nothing happens. she don't give me the quest and she don't take my items.
