Replace Me Error

Everything in my Aion is red, with a replace me icon, somebody know how i can fix it?

On the launcher, did you click "scan files"? It will probably re-download missing files.

seems like a video card issue to me I get it even with the live server my cards are to updated for the game never been able to fix it to this day. I tried so many things including rolling back my drivers which it says can fix it. But this is on GF servers. 

But i must say my screen is a lot worse then yours.

XD, i download Classic now and to solve this problem, I persisted a lot by deleting the files and running file repair. One hour gone. But is in Corean.
