Computer crashes when starting up launcher

We are having an issue with one of our computers. Every time we try to start the game our computer goes blue screen and restarts. The launcher doesn't even start, it just blue screens. I tried everything that I could think of but finally gave in and sent it to our computer expert. He tested everything and decided that an uninstall, reinstall would fix it. He was wrong. He uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still having the same issue. Everything that he has tried has failed. Our other computer is handling the game with no issues so we are really confused.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so what fixed it for you?
