Game freezing sometimes

Hi,

 

For some reason the Classic game client is lagging incredibly and eventually freezing outright, which causes me to force close it and relog. I have a very high end system with no known hardware or software issues. It has happened multiple times in the past few days.

I'm not sure if there's a log or anything that would help identify the problem? Because... what would it even log? It's not an error. 

 

I would very much appreciate any help, suggestions, or info about known issues.

Do you have a RTX graphicscard and it happens after 40-60min after launching the game? The issue is present since some driver versions. You have to enable the mouse pointer trail (can bet set to to short). Somehow the render for the mousepointer is f* up. The issue is not only present in AION, some older games have the same issue.

If it is an NVidia and you have either Nvidia Control Panel or GeForce Experience... uninstall these both. These are what cause the issues after some time of playing. Removing those totally eliminates any issue.
