Should DN Players be allowed to Petition for Name Ownership of thier Main Toon?

I'm asking for support from both KT and DN players. When the server merge occurs, DN players should be allowed to petition for name ownership of their main toon. In my case, I am an extremely active player, have held the name Gallium for almost 10 years, and this is also my Forum Handle. If support doesn't want to handle a bunch of name changes, I hope everyone can agree that we should at least be allowed the courtesy of petitioning for our main toon Identity.

I voted yes, but I think they already have this right. The only thing they can't do is claim a name that existed before the merge on the other server. Like if someone makes your name a month before the merge, it is obvious they did it to nyerk you off.

These things should apply in the merge:

• Whoever hasn't played the last 1+ months should get a name reset with a ticket, not from October 24th 2019.
  
  ...currently they said they will reset names that didn't log since October 24th 2019...! That was 2 years ago, so think about it if someone last logged in October 25th 2019 and never logged back in, he keeps a name and he matters more than people who play actively and support a dying game until yesterday.
   
• Name collision should be resolved in "first come first served" since the creation of KT + DN.
  
  I'll give an example of "Vantheria-DN" and "Vantheria-KT". If Vantheria-KT hasn't played for more than 1 month she loses the name by renaming + ticket, so once merge happens Vantheria-DN can claim it. If Vantheria-KT logs meanwhile just to keep the name or logs back after the merge and renames faster than the DN player, then the oldest Vantheria keeps the name. If Vantheria-DN made the char in 2011 and Vantheria-KT was made in 2014 and they both claim it then sadly someone has to be butt-hurt and that has to be the one who came last!
   
• Housing should get all items transferred, the items you cannot transfer like wallpaper (lol why can't transfer wallpapers) should at least be compensated if purchased with real money, or make a new item for all DN people who lose any item so they can open and choose from its container.
  
  ...or simply bring back every single skin and housing item, seriously, Russians did it better than you already! How hard is that?
   
• Housing auctions... there are people who log once per month to pay the rent and then leave again, not sure how this could be resolved but it is unfair for active people who support the game to lack a house because someone keeps a house the last 2 years just by logging in paying the rent and then logging out.
  
  ...they should give a penalty to those that do not log every day, if you do not log for a whole week, then for every +day you do not log your estate rent should increase by 1m. I f you can pay many millions just to keep an estate in a dead game all power to you.

agree with a lot of what @Arhangelos-KT has said, however unfortunately that won't address the discrepancy in the player economies at all.  Good luck on purchasing a mansion (on anything else) Not to mention  the loss for anyone holding a mansion and up. 

Going through that on one merge wasn't so bad.  Now that for someone  it makes at least the third merge that's forced on us? Definitely not so  understanding when items don't get transferred and the compensation is non-existent.

I wouldn't expect them to make it so easy and planned by code on their end, but the renaming of chars that didn't log since october 24th 2019 is utter bs. They could make this rule "not log since June 2021" or something.
