The previous pass (premium) clearly said that we will get 8 additional levels in the next season, but we did not get that. The issue has not even been acknowledged in the Daeva pass topic, not by the support team. 0 update on the ticket since 9 days ago. Can someone on the team please share some insight into this issue?
