It looks weird so I don't blame you for recording it, but this is a really common bug. I think it happens when you remove shock but I could be wrong. Basically for you everything looks normal, but for everyone else it looks like youre teleporting. Happened to me last week, relogging fixed it

I'm getting away because you folks have no MA. My health recovered instantly because of Stamina Restoration II. Feel free to look up what it does. We pvp at DC because that's the only place to reliably find lv50s without griefing 41-44s over by jeiparan.

Those who show up red on the DPS meter say it is all false positives.

Look i am not protecting the person i am Squid on the elyos side but from my experience fighting them at DC they have done none of that shady stuff we just saw in that video. I can attribute it to a bug off my personal experience vsing(zerging) them in the elyos mountains.

Rabies is a super cheater reported him 2 times but they don't care

You can clearly see that I am stuck in between the rock and the mountain side, I am trying to jump out and the server isn't updating my location properly and rubberbands me back(on their screen). 

If I had to guess you're probably just bitter you got run over several times at hoarfrost the other day.

Why no fall damage from the ankle snared fall? Falling from that height should give you 3-4k fall damage easily.

I mean, I find it hard to say that this was hacking, probably isn't. But the whole fight seems glitched and lagged out and I would've been suspicious about bs like this too if it happened more often.

The no fall damage is just way too damn suspicious, GM's can check it out if it's hacking. It could very well be.

I've been poring over this video for the last hour or so to try and figure out exactly what's going on, looking at skills, chat logs (in the video) cast bars, the movement patterns.

Two main issues are occuring here:

- The Chanter is teleporting like crazy

- The Chanter takes no fall damage.

After watching it repeatedly I think it's actually fairly obvious that the teleporting is because they're stuck on the side of the rock. Initially I had thought that it was some kind of teleport hack, until I noticed that right after Petronus dies the Chanter rubberbands back into the rock where they started.

This happens literally all the time, anytime you walk into something that can't be moved your character will rubberband like this on other people's screens. The fastest way to observe this in action is to go to Panda/Sanctum and run into the little gate near the teleporter right when you enter. On your screen it will just look like you are running into the wall, on other people's screens it will look like you are teleporting through the wall, and then being ripped back to your original location again repeatedly until you stop walking into the wall.

As for the fall damage, you only take fall damage from a height of 10m or more (even 9.5m doesn't take fall damage.) It's hard to say exactly how far they actually fell. The distance at the start of the fall from Zero is 17m, but Zero is also not directly below Wrathwastaken. A 17m fall dealt on average 1086 damage to me (tested 10 drops) which is a very far cry from the "thousands" people are saying it should be.

Accounting for the distance from Zero, it looks like the fall is more like 10-12m, but because I wanted to be sure I opened the stopwatch on my phone to see exactly how much time is spent falling. The visible amount of time spent falling is roughly 0.85 seconds, but I used the time from when Ankle Snare is cast which was on average (10 tests) 1.14 seconds. When I tested falling exactly 10m in game the time was always 1.2 seconds or more, so based on that it appears that Wrathwastaken was really nyerking lucky and only fell 9.5m which would explain the lack of fall damage.

I'm not conclusively saying they are or are not cheating, but if I had to pass judgment based on this clip alone it would be a no because based on all of the observable data it appears they fell 9.5m and then got stuck in the side of the wall.

Both sides have players that exploit and hack sadly. On the asmo side there are a lot of us that are going through great lengths to blacklist the known ani-hackers and not allow them to raids or PVE groups. This has been an ongoing struggle ever since the game has came out.  Not 100% sure if this is that though

I don't understand P2W people (as someone said he is full 40e +15, full MR, weapon +15). At this stage of the game you will win pretty much any fight for that gear alone. Doesn't require any skill lol.

I mean, it's not fun at all to steamroll people that couldn't win. That's just my opinion, though. You may find it fun for some weird reason...

Sure people will catch up and even things, but really? Just play the game and get your stuff along with everyone else. It's much more fun for me at least, to fight equaly-ish geared people.

Unless it was not P2W and just no-life 16h/day of play, then cudos to you (I guess?!).

He has 2 pieces of 40e. The rest is MR socketed PVE gear which really isn't hard to get, MR is just really strong atm

You can find a frame where the ankle snare debuff is on him, with 23m distance. Not 17m distance.

There was 0 fall damage, not even 1086.

You can find excuses but either he is hacking or this interaction was completely bugged/glitched/lagged. A 23m fall will do a crapton of damage and you are only like 10 metres away from insta-death at that point.
