We expect maintenance to last for approximately 2 hours, and will include a 50% XP Boost event! To help the player experience on Israphel, we will also be including additional 50% XP Boost scrolls for all players on that server. Also, we remain aware of the important AP-trade related conversations, and we intend to provide an official update on the topic within the next 24-48 hours. Thank you! This is far better then saying nothing! Also... the flight buff event has not worked since day 1 of it for Siel Asmos. Are you going to extend it (After fixing it) or compensate players for this? This past week we had an event that was never released on retail ever, and it was broken for 6 of the 7 days on the week. Several forum posts crying about it, no comment or anything addressing it. We have a very clear ring of people who have literally made thousands IRL USD now selling off in game benefits (i.e. Godstones), no addressing or comment for weeks. Let Kibblez take the nibblez on the public post but please let me know what's going on. You've been with NCSoft for how long? Tagging you cause you're one of the longest standing GM's in the company now. AP trading aside, name one event that Aion has had in it's entire history, all 12 years, where an event only worked for the first day, and was broken for the whole rest of duration, without comment or acknowledgement or any form of address. At this point it is pretty obvious that they are just timing the release of 1.5 with the expiry date of people that subbed for 3 months/ 1 month resub. If they would have released it now, people will leave after getting rolled by AP traders/hackers in dredge and no one would bother to resub. They are to lazy to update us on it over the past what week or 2 so chances are they will make an actual announcement/enforce w/e it is they are going to enforce in the coming 1-2 days. Bought a 90 day Subscription to your Aura nonsense. And as far as i can see you guys have lost complete control of this game. Or the very least are not even trying to maintain it. You release a broken event day 1 and it has been broken since and you still have not addressed it. I didn't even take the time to check it out that's how pathetic your event was. You clearly don't care about having active GM"S in the game maintaining it. All you have to do is go to any village in the game and step 10 feet outside and see bots every where. Are you not able to look at the account characters name and link 2 and 2 together and ban the accounts? Its disheartening to see a game that i love so much and other players that i see go to shit because you guys care more about keeping money in your pockets then the player base staying in your game. You don't even read the forums that much i can tell cause these great players that support YOUR game have been talking to you for years and you still ignore them. Why not merge both servers like the community has been requesting? Why not sit down and have full day where you actually talk to the community on twitch or YouTube like any other company does and take feed back. Or better yet take the players that are clearly long time veterans and make the GM"S. The way you guys run this is sickening. And i can see that Aion Classic isn't going to last very long if you keep it up. I hope I'm wrong but usually I'm not. Also can you please advertise Aion Classic on Steam or something you would get alot more players drawn in considering WoW is going to shit. Honestly I know @Kibbelz & the other devs most likely wont read this nor care but I'm happy about the XP event. Makes it easier to lvl my alts .... However I'm a bit curious as to why the Flying event being broken for almost it's entire duration & not being fixed nor addressed in any way is helpful to the player base that still remains holding on to hope for at least a 1.5 Patch? We are all aware that the idea of Classic was supposed to be a do over & also fan service to address/fix the mistakes of retail. However it seems financial greed is becoming the driving factor that is driving the decisions that in some ways are making Classic worse then retail. To pay $15 for Siels Aura aka to get the full game experience is ok & understandable. Even paying for the "Season Passes" to get bonuses ... is tolerable. However where the greed comes in is when the Season passes are PER CHARACTER based & to make matters worse the items aren't even shareable even if you have 2 or more characters that have the season pass on the same account. If NCSoft is truly trying to not make this a short term cash grab & make Classsic go the distance then a few thiongs need to happen. 1. Listen to your player base because as a company if you neglect to give your customers what they are asking for .... eventually they won't be customers any more. 2. Step back, reassess the situation based on customer feedback, devise a proper plan of action, & implement said plan. 3. Lastly ... be prompt about addressing issues in a timely manner. (IE don't allow a week long event to remain broken 6 out of 7 days & not be fixed nor addressed) 4. Think of other more logical ways to get your customer base to give you their hard earned money other then making Classic a pay to win repeat of retail. (IE theres no reason the Deava pack should be per character. It should be $15 for the entire account as last we all checked we are still in the middle of a global pandemic & some people are still either unemployeed or money is tight as they have families to provide for.) I may not speak for all but I know several players past & present have stated these things numerous times.
