Gallium-DN Posted October 29, 2021 Share Posted October 29, 2021 I don't think they will remove the Halloween forms players got without the key, considering they didn't when players got extra Pixel transforms or 4-6 extra Apostle forms from Storm Wing. I'm one of the few players who did not benefit from either incident. With the Pixel incident, they gave players who did not get extra Pixels one for free, which I thought was nice. The Apostle incident was a total disaster. Players who did not get extra Apostles were not given anything while tons of players were able to use their three restoration tokens to get 4 Apostals. That was a terrible decision. I was able to harvest 35 Pumpkins and turn them in for two Halloween contracts. These are the ONLY Halloween contracts I have on my entire account. Personally, I feel like it would be a nice gesture to repeat what happened with the Pixel incident and give player who didn't turn in their pumpkins one free contract and just chock it up to a mistake and move on. Sure, some people might have horded candy or pumpkins from last year and actually got all four Halloween transforms unlocked, but that's not really a big deal considering no one will actually use them. The pixel thing was not the same, the only benefit was that people could buy the box for free, instead of the 50 petals or whatever it should have cost. They still only got 1 key for it, so no one got more than 1 pixel, they just avoided doing the mob KS for the event items that was used to buy it. For this "happy little accident" they could give another key i guess or dunno, doubt they will sent contract to all, when they are also selling them. The Apostle thing was blatant abuse plus support incompetence, so both the people that exploited it and support that were clueless of the implications share the faults. In addition, please note that we have updated our article to remove a section which stated additional bonus rewards would be issued for certain quantities of "contracts used". This section was mistakenly included and we regret the error. (this promotion will continue as originally stated) Also, in accordance with the feedback we've seen around Titan Coins, we will be replacing them within the rewards with Experience Marks. Finally, due to an issue with the wrong item being included in the Gourmet Candy Galaxy Bundle, all transformations obtained by using the "Harvest Revel Transformation Contract Selection Box (4 types)" will be removed from all players. Really, how is it that on the Apostle thing you couldn't pivot, but now you are able to remove transformations based solely on your own mistake, not on exploitation? Thank you for your patience and understanding. what kind of compensation will be applied? giving back the gourmet candy galaxy bundle? so suspicious that ncsfot CAN remove transformations from players but NEVER did it when players abused stormwing event getting ultra hard to farm apostles and pixel hanbok event that also gives powerful collections. also they ever state they cannot remove xforms using restoration tokens due to game mechanics, eh? I'm guessing no refunds will be issued to players that bought contracts which are now useless because of this "error"? This is just insane. They were depending on this information to be accurate when they made their purchase. Are you going to refund their 32,000 ncoin too? Wouldn't it simply to be easier to follow through on your promise and deliver the rewards that were listed in the event page for the last 3 days? Nor can users use a restore token on combined xforms So, what I gather from this is. NCwest is quick to fix something when it effects potential cash, but not when it's free stuff.
