I do sometimes. As well as constant disconnected from server every 5 mins some nights. Exit Lag helps sometimes by changing servers but not always. This is the only game that I will d/c from too. It's annoying especially when it is during crucible and I lose my entry.

Do you honestly consider that to be "geared" for today's standards? I don't. I have 2 pieces of 55e armor not enchanted and with white stones (one of which was given for free in a survey), lvl 30 abyss accs that I bought (cough cough) from the shop, and the Zapiel's Spear +10. BTW I got the enchants from the pass! I have 300k AP in relics that I got from the event pass (cough cough) which I'm saving to get the 55e chest piece next.But to answer your question: Absolutely yes. I'm FAR from a whale, but I do buy the pass + aura (and some event passes, not all though) every month. Thanks for asking! Unfortunately if you want any kind of meaningful progress you have to buy the pass, or farm every instance for enchantment stones or to sell LR that you can do daily, but I don't have the time for that (6h+ daily?).
About my Zapiel's Spear, I worked freaking hard for it. I have 6x SMs in a separate account to summon people that help me near the islands, and I have often dual boxed to help on DPS. I did not buy it, I farmed it.
I spend around $40 monthly since I came back 2 months ago to get some progress going... It may not seem much for you maybe, but it's a shitload of money for a old game. I only pay because I really, really like the game.
Thank you. I was thinking about this all day at work. Ran Dredge on 3 chars yesterday and lost every one of them. Got 1500 AP on ONE run. Tiak wasn't much better. Would take forever to gear up any of my chars. To get an Elite PvP under and 55e gear would take a year if you got 12k AP a day, every day.

Im just saying. They wont admit thier mistake so meet in the middle at least. They nerfed world drops by like 90%. I've leveled 4 chars since nerf and got 2 golds. A flux and a celestial bow. 2 Blue fluxes and no stigmas outside of instances. It's retardedly low.

SO I've asked in /4 and tried searching for classic stigma setups but I'm not finding anything definitive. What do you all use? Currently not fully expanded but using:
Beastial Fury
Focused Shots
Silence Arrow
Sleep Arrow
Bow of Blessing

It doesn't take 2 months to make a decision. People complained about not getting stigmas to drop and they gave a lame excuse of increasing stigma droprates in dungeons. They really didn't. For the stigmas that don't drop in the level bracket of a dungeon they just happen to have an event that you can participate in for money. It won't go back to the way it was. The RMT are just going to increase numbers of bots and farm other places and pay for more Siels Auras while raising the price of Kinah to offset that. NC Soft makes more money off that and cash shop. Wanna know what would reduce bot numbers? One person banning the accounts for an hour or two per week, or month. It's too profitable to have them. It's the GM's that I feel sorry for. Having to feed the community appologies for the Devs when they know nothing will be done.

What do you not understand about the fact that NC Soft doesn't give a damn about NA servers? All NA servers are is a cash grab. Period. Korea is thier only focus. We should be happy with the table scraps we are provided with.

I wanted to ask as well. Grinded from level 18-25 on 20-22 mobs looking for Stigmas and got maybe 150k in sellables total. Mostly white items, Revenge pieces and fluxs. Real bad.

What I don't understand is how a company that has been running this game for 14 years wouldn't know how bad this would hurt the players. Is it so you buy all of the passes?

I grind as well as quest. You don't just get to max level by Campaigns and it was profitable to grind and make money along the way. Some people like me actually like grinding.
What's going to happen to stigmas that only drop from mobs -1,same, and +1 level of the stigma level?
This lazy approach to combat RMT isn't going to hurt anyone but the general population. RMT will find a way to make money, they always do. This is a feeble attempt to fight it without actually having to put in an ounce of effort. Not that they actually want to get rid of the bots. Every bot they ban is one less Siels Aura subscription.
