Is the Harvest Revel transformation the Halloween pumpkin event?

Personally, I think it is good that they delay Halloween to start it in session 4. It is a good complement for those who are starting over. (I hope they don't cancel that good event)You think they will wait to start the Halloween event in the middle of November? I hope they do because I will be gone for the first two weeks of November.

You know an update on what these events are going to be would be great....
How are we supposed to know what to do if we have no details of what the events are? Not trying to be rude here but the team is lacking and its getting worse every single week.
