Can we get a response about our request for a free pixel transformation? the same way it was in the beginning when it was really an event and not a sale?

I understand, but this is a BIG mistake, it will only make the returned players stop again and the ones that are still playing to leave.
Collection is another big mistake in Aion, even worse if the only way to get it is to pay for it.
I agree that the game should sell in the store, I don't see a problem with that, but when it becomes the only way to get through the game it's the death of the game for me.
