Hi everyone - we'd like to share an update about the ongoing technical issues with Siege. We have done our best to make a few attempts to fix these issues, and while there was some progress, we're expecting this to take a few more weeks with consideration of the upcoming holiday and wanted to make sure we provide full visibility with everyone.
This release in NA is the first region outside of Korea, and through this first-time experience, we have also learnt that balancing content on a per-region basis is rather challenging without unintentionally impacting the values on other regions.
There's certainly more to it, but we wanted to shed some light on the core of this issue and explain why it’s taking some time to get resolved. We hope to be able to fully resolve this issue as soon as possible next year. As always, we truly appreciate your support for the game, as well as all your valuable constructive feedback. We want to make sure we listen to your voices and thank you for your patience wholeheartedly. We will be looking to issue some compensation rewards soon and keep you posted.

There are no more voices. Israphel is completely dead during rush hours there's less than 30-40 lvl 50s on. This is what happens when we are not listened, people quit we have been asking for content, updates and fixes for months. You do not deserve our patience/support for the game; you deserve a dead game.
