I don't think NCWest will ever admit they messed up. I mean, their biggest f up was the Steel Rake debacle where they banned a ton of innocent people for doing the repeatable hat quest and they never apologized for it. 

We're going to get 2.5 in Jan, their update schedule has been pretty tightly done on a 4 month basis.

2.0 came out at the end of May, the 25th https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/classic-update-pv-2022

and 2.4 came out at the end of September, the 28th https://www.aiononline.com/en-us/news/aion-2-4-update-wrath-of-the-storm-patch-notes

so we can expect 2.5 to come out at the end of January , even though NC hasn't said anything themselves yet (which is typical, they never talk to the playerbase).

NCWest are going to get a very  rude awakening when GameForge releases EU Classic. A large portion, if not the majority, of NA players are going to move there. Will GF do a better job than NC at managing Aion? Who knows, but thousands of people, including the fed up NA playerbase, are going to give them a chance. The bar is in hell considering how awful of a job NCWest is doing right now.

Good luck NC, you've got a few months to get your act together before EU completely crushes you. Can't say we haven't been begging you to do better here on NA only for everything we say to fall on deaf ears.

[Forts reset again]

No. Abyss forts go live Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat. Ingisson/Gelkmaros go live Tues, Thurs, and Sun. Endgame pve and pvp are blocked if we don't own at least 1 fort in Ing/Gelk, so if forts reset every maintenance there's a day gap before players can actually do anything endgame. And since this has happened 3 times now, we've been entirely locked out of content for 3 days. Completely unacceptable. 

And to be fair, even though people are mad about the resetting, I think most are more upset with NC sitting on their thumbs and not saying jack to anyone of us about it. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it, but at the same time most of us know NCWest is one of the most poorly run companies ever.

[Update on drop rates?]

This is incredibly frustrating  and I agree in saying this is game breaking and impossible to play unless you RMT w/ there being no drops, but NcWest can't do anything.

NCsoft Korea is the only entity that is able to make changes to the game iirc, and Ncwest is nothing more than a mouthpiece (look at employee reviews left on Glassdoor for confirmation on that). Every change they want to make has to be run through korea, and unfortunately at this point it's pretty clear korea doesn't care at all about NA Aion. Classic in KR is doing well and that's all that matters to them.
