Crucible Spire Ranks (Middle level) bugged. Continues with the ranges of the previous week. Does not show start and end time. It also does not update new records.

Personally, I think it is good that they delay Halloween to start it in session 4. It is a good complement for those who are starting over. (I hope they don't cancel that good event)0 -

It is well-known that excessive screen time and constantly being online can have detrimental effects on mental and physical well-being. In this day and age, where work-life balance is increasingly emphasized, it is disheartening to be faced with a system that demands such a high level of constant connectivity.
Additionally, being tied to a device for extended periods of time greatly hampers my ability to engage in other meaningful aspects of life. Whether it's spending quality time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or simply enjoying some much-needed downtime, the constant requirement to be online prevents me from fully experiencing and appreciating these moments.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that the current setup, which requires being online 24/7 and rewards such a minimal rate of token accumulation, is unfair and unsustainable. It places an unnecessary burden on individuals and neglects the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
I kindly request that you reevaluate the system and consider implementing changes that allow for a more reasonable and balanced approach to token collection. This would not only alleviate the frustration of many users but also promote overall well-being and productivity.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my concerns are taken into serious consideration, and I look forward to a more reasonable and user-friendly system in the future.

Totally agree with everything you put. It's a pity that they don't listen to us here. One option is that we all copy the text and use it in a support ticket. but we are few

what are you taking about? the vast majority were in elys. In fact, everyone's gone from boredom because NCwest doesn't care to think about their community. They are blinded by money. asmo is dead and whoever spends a dollar on bcm is stupid.

It is not a big deal either, the number of coins is low. unless you buy BCM reset (before you had a chance to get it from the reset scroll inside the garden. Not anymore). You won't get the decent rewards because most of them are already outdated and there are better ways to get them. not to mention you can't wherehouse them... they also don't update the NPc years ago and we also don't get reset in the Bcm item free "Grade A Level 2-4 Minion Contract Box Key" and "Legendary Transformation Contract (10 types) Key" .
Now another topic about the change from "NCWest" to "NC America". Although it is said that it is to improve the gaming experience. It is rumored that it is due more to "economic" issues, you know what I mean (non-legal things). I personally don't believe those rumors but it's obvious we're not getting a "best gaming experience".

Saying that Bcm and Kromede are authentic leaders only shows how little you know about the Asmodian faction and anyone who knows our situation will laugh in your face. These two openly accept that they focus on themselves and don't care about the rest . in fact, the times we achieve something. it is when they do not appear in the top ranked GP. It's funny that they focus on the fact of the L9 siege buffs. That "balances" in siege where the reward is not much [GP/AP/Enchants]. and not where if the inequality in world Bosses is noticed. [marchutan/veille/agent/etc] here the rewards are valuable. like it or not, that increases the difference between factions.
Yeah. We have organized ourselves well with good strategies. especially when AssassinBOM and kurumy are leading commanders. we rarely win. even when few elys attend the differences are 2 for each asmo and that's how we fight. but more than that is impossible. all this without mentioning the difference between Pjs with credit card with paragon +9 +10 in each faction.
and not. I don't blame the elyos or asmos. clearly NCWest receives patches from NCSoft without adapting them to our region without taking anything into account. especially the imbalance of factions.1 -

@EMpulse "Shattered Abyssal Splinter Ranking Season" is very insulting. how are we supposed to beat the paragon p2w? this is even worse than pvp arenas.
