I've tried to complete the campaign "The Balaur Conspiracy" but it's nearly impossible since we can't enter the portal with your allies. I don't understand why the mission says we need to form a group to do it if we can't be together when we're in. I've tried with a group and an alliance but still dont work.

Hi everyone,
I've tried to complete the campaign "The Balaur Conspiracy" but it's nearly impossible since we can't enter the portal with your allies. I don't understand why the mission says we need to form a group to do it if we can't be together when we're in. I've tried with a group and an alliance but still dont work.
Can someone tells me what's wrong with it?
