A bit suspect there have been no Maintenace notes released yet. They are normally far earlier than this. Maybe they are not even going to bother this week haha!

My aura ran out on the 16th. I got nothing. By the rules stated for getting the 2 crowns (lol), I should have qualified. Just another fail.
It's ok though, I am not playing this server now until they change drops.

I think by next month the only revenue they will have will be the bots, then the following month even that will be gone since there will be no one buying kinah or things off the broker the bots are selling.
So, 2 months.

A entire month of no drops. I do hope they have other jobs lined up cause no need for anyone to work on this server since the population is going downhill rapidly.
That month I had siel's and no drops, did nothing for me.
Peace, I'll find something more constructive to do with my time and money.

If you follow the campaign quests you get a full armor set at 16, 26, 36 and have the ability to run Steel Rake 2x and get full steel rake set at 44. As for enchants and manastones..good luck with that, drops are broken.
Instances do drop, so NTC , Kromede's trial, steel rake all will give a stigma or two if you are really luck.

Fix to normal drop rates, run a 2-3 week drop boost event (however long this lack of drops has been). Give a few amulets that will stack with the event. I'd just be happy to be able to work my way up to better gear, you don't have to "give" it to me as some have suggested with their outrageous demands. Just allow me to play the game how I want, I enjoy farming.

Lack of drops has killed the game for me. I do daily quests and then get bored and log out. My siel's has already been canceled, just waiting for it to time down.
What makes this crazy is they are "selling" drop amulet's on the event merchant, THEY DONT WORK!! Why keep them as a option when there are no drops for them to work on, and what about the players who now have loads of the useless amulets. Talk about screwing people every which way.

I have been farming low lvl mobs, not taking quests on a lvl 21 and a lvl 35. Nothing has dropped in world maps, only in instances. I ran steel rake with a high lvl 40's and never dropped rarer stigmas, only the same worthless ones over and over and elyos stigmas on the asmo side! I have nothing against farming my own stigmas using lower lvls, if only they would drop. Before the 2.5 patch I was able to get stigmas for nearly ever class but clerics off the world map. I have not had a single stigma from world map since 2.5update.

I made a new character last night. Other than going into haramel (I did get some drops in there and manastones), I am now lvl 20 and have not had a single drop in open world. I wanted to see what the new players are experiencing. I know what lvl 55 new players are experiencing. The way the game is currently set up with drops will not allow anyone to stay and play this game.
Rather than destroy the game by driving away all new players they should have active in game GM's banning bots. But I guess the siel's subscriptions the bots are buying it just too good for them. Drive the players away and it will eventually drive the bots away too.
11 new SM bots joined the game. All had siel's. Later I seen another 8 bots all up there too.

It was pretty easy for me to log into paypal and cancel mine and my husband's subscription to siel's aura.

I killed around 200 mobs yesterday on a couple of characters, one 34 and one 55, one I used a amulet on and I got a green recipe drop. On a lvl 55 I did not use a amulet and on a 4 dot mob I got a white manastone. There were probably 5 elemental stones across all the mobs I killed.
There were NO weapon or armor drops and maybe a couple hundred kinah on the 4 dot mobs.
The legion I am in is made of mostly new to the game players or returning old players. We start with nothing. I see people running around panda stuck because they do not have the kinah to use the teleporter to go back to the other maps. There's plenty of personal shops around begging for help with kinah so they can afford to buy their stigmas.
I am expert in alchemy and have tried making as much kinah as I can using those skills. It's hard competing with the prices the bots can do and still make kinah to cover my costs and my hours of gathering or grinding for dp to morph.
I honestly think no one at ncsoft usa is playing this game or testing on a test server. Otherwise they would see it's impossible to have new players here unless they get a helping hand from someone who has millions or billions of kinah spare. 1 lvl 70 enchant stone was nearing 1mil kinah when I looked. No one wants to take you on instances unless you are +10 and with the fail rate, getting to plus 10 could cost 100million kinah or more on one piece of armor or weapon, and that's not including manastone prices.
I do not want a hand out, I do not want freebies. I just want a game I can play and have a hope of reaching a stage I can join others in playing.
So while NCsoft says the drops are working perfectly, I want to say that for a player trying to make it in the game they most definitely are not working for us. The code may be doing exactly as it is supposed to do, but something needs to be done to allow real players to play. Without players playing, the bots will eventually leave and there go those siel's subscriptions as well as all the missing or cancelled subscriptions from the real players who find they can not make it in this game.

NCSOFT Support TeamSo as I get no kinah or drops from mobs, having a siel's subscription doesn't matter. I am not benefiting from it, so I went ahead and cancelled both my husband's and my own subscriptions.

I hear crickets chirping. Obviously, they have no plans to fix the drop rate

Drop rate is not fixed. Siel's aura, canceled. I have 16 days remaining and I feel ripped off since the previous 15 days I did not get what was promised when I purchased Siel's aura. A new player can not make it in this game.

NTC dropped 1 balaur item. World drop rate is non existent for anything other than misc materials. As a new player I just do not see how I can progress on this server.
I couldnt care less about the AP relic exchange because I will never reach that point.
Deactiving my siel's aura now. I've paid for it but it hasn't worked for the last 2 weeks and probably will not work again.

So for 2 weeks I haven't been able to farm stigmas I need or much of anything to finance going to upper level group dungeon/instances. But those instances I can not go to(due to lacking stigmas or kinah to buy them) will be getting a 2x drop rate. Basically what you are saying and doing is screwing those of us who are new to the game. Really makes me feel like I've wasted my time playing here and should be looking at a different game.

LOL there goes the rest of the server
I really hoped you guys would fix drops so that I could come back and enjoy playing with friend again, even though most have already left the legion I was in. Pretty sure that not many players will be left by next week. I logged in and it was looking pretty empty.
On a positive note, the private server I have been playing has had a influx of new players. Gee, I wonder where they are coming from..
