    Yawwwwn... We've all seen this rodeo before. At this stage in the game we be the fools for trusting anything told to us by your lot anymore.

    Not sure how one dude gonna fix ALL the broken shit since 2.5 update... If your new A team really wants to make amends, do us all a solid by going back to when 2.5 was released and actually read the feedback ALREADY posted on these dead horse forums. Because if you want us to dredge up all the bs that's pissed us off and rehash it AGAIN, expect nothing less than passive-aggressive remarks from your players.

    Update on Item Drop Issue and DB Rollback Announcement - February 15, 2023

    Quna Shop Purchases/Siel's Aura/Daeva & Event Pass
    For those who purchased Quna Shop items after the rollback period, we are going to distribute purchased items individually in sequence. We would appreciate it if you could please wait until the item is reissued.

    UPDATE (2/17): Quna Shop Items and Daeva Pass Purchase/Level Up has been refunded in Quna.
    For those who purchased Siel's Aura, will get their lost subscription hours added back during the next maintenance on 2/22. before 2/24.

    Lost Items
    If you encounter a situation of an item you are missing, please make sure to contact the customer support team imminently.
    Be advised that we are expecting a high increase in ticket volumes, we may ask you to be patient, we will make sure your case is resolved as soon as possible.

    EXP Boost Event
    We are also going to begin an EXP x2 Boost as compensation event.
    Event Duration: February 15 - February 19

    We will also send you compensation as our sincere apology for the inconvenience and loss in game progress you have experienced. We are also currently discussing possible additional compensations within the team and will update you shortly.

    • Tiak Research Center’s Repeating Quests Rewards is still Gold Medals instead of Platinum Medals
    • NPCs Karin and Leon are no longer available in Inggison
    • Vasharti Vindicator is not spawning in the Tempus Lab Dungeon
    • Empyrean Crucible Point & Reward Issue
      These issues are currently being investigated by our team, and as soon as we know more information, we will update here.

     

    • Increased Drop rates (Balic Materials, etc.) and Kinah drop from August patch has been temporarily disabled.

    Bumping... @Roseae You unpinned your post 1hr after @Primali posted the Maintenance Post. I would have thought it was still relevant. I can't imagine how your post would contradict today's "Investigation" outcome re AP relic turn-ins. Total coincidence I'm sure!

    Hi,
    Based upon our investigation into the maximum level for crafting, we found 399 to be the highest reachable level simply because there is no quest available to upgrade higher. Anything higher than 399 is a distant memory or probably you were dreaming it. Please trust we investigated this issue thoroughly and with integrity in mind at all times.

    Hi, sorry but your statement only confirms what we've complained about to NC since the patch update. You coming here telling us what we originally told you is frankly unbelievable. NC West are you seriously going to stand behind some fresh throwaway account and tell us we were all dreaming we got 150% AP from relics?! Despicable...

    And does everyone know why?

    1). Because if NC West admitted in public that we did in fact previously get 150% AP from relics, they'd be obliged to fix it or compensate us for past and future losses. Imagine that headache!

    2). They also don't want to fix the issue because it costs them revenue every time they ring Korea up for an apparently unique change like this.

    3). So they've decided to play a game of pretend with their paying customers! Well, to be fair I can kinda see their logic behind this option. It means they don't have to compensate anyone or pay anyone anything. They just have to ignore us until the issue blows over and they will get away with it. Just a shred short-sighted though in my opinion... NC West has proven at almost every opportunity that they only ever focus on next month's results.
