Yeah! I noticed a number of people coming back, but NC can't help but mess things up, as per usual.
Hey NCWest, if people 's time and effort goes to waste they won't be interested in playing or supporting your game.
But the staff at NCWest have the collective IQ of a doorknob, so unfortunately nothing will change.

NCwest you are actively turning players away from your game. I'm not going to stop commenting and posting about this this time. 3 times? Every single maintenance? People WANT to play Aion, but there is absolutely no point if you keep resetting forts and locking players out of content.

??? What is going on? There is no excuse for constantly resetting the forts everytime a maintenance happens. Fix it holy ****. Have never seen more incompetent staff from a company before. OR better yet, hire better people NCWest. This is unbelievable.

The first time y'all reset the forts during the emergency maintenance was annoying, but things happen and it could be overlooked. But this second time? No, there's no excuse. Take the servers down again today for another emergency maintenance or something. This should not be happening.

I'm sorry, but what in the world is the problem? Forts are reset AGAIN and we're locked out of content like Besh and pvp for yet another 24hrs. This is unacceptable.

Could we maybe get actual events like retail does instead of either pass events or items in the cashshop?
The only thing people really want in the cashshop are more skins, and that'd be great if skins were added more frequently.
Also yall complaining about the enchantment stone bundle. Lol. What does it matter? If someone wants to spend $50 on that they absolutely can. What will it actually change? Most everyone is in 50e/55e and not many people are +15 because it's not really worth the drastic change in success rates from +10 on. If people want to dump money into something that is not guaranteed, fine? Let them?

You're right Teema. Ask if you can escalate this issue to a supervisor to get an actual response instead of a copy/paste response.
I got the exact same reply and just asked for a supervisor/the issue to be escalated.
