You need another grade S minion to awaken it, the second one gets destroyed to open the extra slot, and then you need a third grade S level 4 to put in the slot and make it grade Ss.

You can try logging into another character first, then switching to the one you want to log and it usually works that way, i've had that happen to me sometimes but its rare and usually its not a persistent occurrence.

The is no 2x experience activated in Garden of Growth @Roseae.
Also there is no mention of the missing Luna chests and Transformation Contract Box-es that have been missing in instances drops since last week, is it a bug, a feature, the next scheme to limit Luna even further? Because getting lucky with 1-2 Luna's Lights per week was really spoiling us, presumably.
Also also since we are on the topic, its been what, 6-7 months now since you removed any meaningful Luna acquisition method other than the whale farm(cash shop), and have been avoiding the topic like the plague since then, so any development on that front from the new and improved team?

So no Halloween event this year, you have paywalled another collection set like you did with Hanbok Pixels and other transformations?
You could have at least put the coffin xp/drop buff, but thats too much of an ask it seems.
The more things change the more they stay the same i guess, "new and improved" NC America.

NCSOFT Support TeamSomehow i doubt the validity of that based on practicality, the crystals have the same id and stack with all the others. For only specific ones to be deleted, someone has to check the number of acquired crystals on 1000s of characters and remove only said number, and then differentiate somehow the crystals that have already been used and those acquired from SAS and GoG during this period. Probably worth asking for another confirmation from a superior.

Yeah, the [Event] Experience Crystals are not exclusive to the garden of growth event, so you would be deleting items obtained through other means such as Shattered Abyssal Splinter @Roseae. Also some people have thousands of them, and they way they work you have to manually use and confirm each one of them, it would take literally hours of just sitting around and clicking them to consume them all at once knowing they will be deleted in a week or so, and times that multiple characters.

You still have your weeklies it seems, do 1 of them and you will get to lvl 10, first one in the list there is Purchase 5 Roast Chicken, you can do that from Gold Sand Traders, the shugo with the gold bar icon.

Not only that but they have deleted other items too, and those without any notifications at all, i seem to be missing 11 <Incomplete Yornforged Weapon Selection Box>es that i acquired through the Shugo Coin Event Pass Season 2. Nowhere on the event page:

or in any Weekly maintenance notes it has been mentioned that those items would be deleted, and they are not marked as Event so you can't claim your broader brush. Im not sure when the deletion took place, i think somewhere in the past 2 weeks even tho that event ended a month ago. If i knew the boxes would be deleted i would have extracted weapons out of them.Are random items that we worked for or even payed for going to keep disappearing from now on without any notice at all? @Wissp

Yeah, when even Korea passed a law that makes them disclose the odds on lootboxes, but here its still the wild west of "surprise mechanics", you know corporate lobby and regulator incompetence is rampant. Spread the word about the odds, because these kind of "sales" are designed to fool enough people before they realize its loaded against them, or worse play off/instill gambling addictions.

Also its no longer Spring but good to have a Spring Transformation Bundle Promotion, for which you had a page up last night that was named differently, as in Yustiel/Lumiel Spring Transformation Bundle Promotion and it had Yustiel/Lumiel contract being sold for 3000ish shards, but my guess is like usual someone here decided that it was way too generous to give something directly instead of under 10 layers of RNG and its getting "updated", right? Hence the page deletion and the promotion "rebranding"?

Its not giving x2 every 30 minutes @Wissp, its giving x1 Ice Orb, so instead of 6 hours to get all we have to stay logged 12 hours. So is it a typo in the announcement, or did someone mess up the amounts that are suppose to be given?

You have missed the point here, as in classic bot owners have become their target audience now that most of the spenders either quit or just maxed everything so theres no reason to spend money, prestige owners get 24 ice cubes a day for being logged so 100s of bots buying prestige so they can sell the prisms for real money is why they started doing these type of events every few months, when it used to be only a christmas thing. How do you think majority of elyos got their Lumiel/Yustiels some of them both, it sure wasnt legitimately.

Well it could be a filesystem error, or a hardware errors on your hard drive. Are you using a mechanical drive or an SSD?
You can try running disk check, In This PC, Properties on drive D, Tools, Check and Scan Drive, see how that goes, if its a software error this should be able to correct it, if its a hardware one it could at least move the file or unlock it so you can delete it and rescan the game, as a last resort you can try moving the whole game to another drive if you have and point the launcher there(skip the access denied files and rescan after). Thats what comes to mind without getting too technical.

Sure, theres an NPC thats spawns in Apsaranta every 2 hours, odd hours server time 1pm-3pm-5pm-etc, you see it on the map(a bag with a question mark) but there are different types of npcs that sell different things, and the one with the Wrapping scrolls they nerfed a few patches back so its a lot rarer now, anyway, the npc you are looking for is named Mysterious Black Marketer, it sells a total of 20 scrolls, with 2 limit per char, for 30 XP marks each. Another NPC that could be useful from these is Suspicious Black Marketer, it sells Oath Tablets but thats limited to 2 tablets total, and 1 per char so it goes fast. The rest are not really useful, they sell oath stone, bubbling acid, stigma enchant, paragon stone, things like that. The NPCs stay there for 5 minutes.
The gelk one, is only there after successful defense of mastarius/veille, which now that the immortals on elys side quit we have been getting on and off, so mastarius/veille defense is 3 times a week, on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, either at 1pm server or 10pm server time its random between gelk and ingi defense. So if we successfully defend an npc spawns for 30 minutes that sells 1 Wrapping scrolls for 60 XP marks, and 2 Ultimate manastone boxes for 3 XP marks.

The wrapping scrolls cost 60 xp marks for 2 from apsaranta npc, or 1 wrap for 60 xp marks from the gelk/inggi agent defense npc, its not the gear that you buy with xp marks its the wrapping scrolls and those were snatched by broker bots.

NOTE: Support tokens will not be usable to reverse Transformation Combinations during the promotion period.

By the looks of it, the staff had no idea either. But they are now in the Empyrean Lord's Ultimate Transformation Box from combining 500 Ultimate Shards and 6 Ultimate Breaths, so people that had saved up got them pretty fast.

Great, so lets reset everyones progress anyway so they have to grind all over again or have a reason to pay "us" for premium pass because "we" cant be bothered to create new content, amazing. "New season" usually suggest new content, but NCPurple have reinvented the meaning of words again.
