well, that's a bummer.

I would suggest to sanction those found responsible for this fiasco if you truly value your customers and see them for what they are worth, you are indemnified to do so. Time and money poured into this game. People would want a better service than what theey are getting now.

They only listen to what the investors/stockholders demand. They don't give a single ounce of what the paying customers are asking for. I get that it's still a business but atleast hear the voices of the people that spend their money and time on this game. It might be difficult to but it is not impossible.
